The most important part of our process is the very first one: listening. Before a single machine turns on at our factory, we sit down with you to understand exactly what you need, how you live, and what your budget allows. We don't believe in surprises, which is why we guide you through every step—from 3D visualization to the final handover—so you know exactly what is happening, when.
Building your dream home should be exciting, not stressful. That is why we moved away from the unorganized way interiors are traditionally done and built a transparent, 6-step system that we have refined over 14 years.
Our 6-Step Commitment
- Understanding Your Needs: We start with a genuine conversation. We ask about your lifestyle and preferences to ensure our design fits your life, not just your walls.
- Rough Estimation: Based on our chat, we give you a clear, honest estimate. We are transparent about costs because we want you to feel comfortable before we proceed.
- Final Quotation: Once you approve the initial scope, we provide a final, locked-in price. No hidden fees, no mid-project shocks.
- On-Site Work & Factory Manufacturing: While site prep begins, your furniture is being crafted in our own factory. We use German technology for precision that manual labor simply cannot match. This allows us to keep the site clean and ensure 45-day delivery.
- Key Handover: The final reveal is when we ensure every detail, from the hinges to the wall paint, is exactly as we promised.
- Lifetime Support: Our work does not end when we leave. We provide a 10-year warranty on woodwork and lifetime service support, because we build for the long haul.
