A Look At Our Diverse Design Projects
My design style is transitional, flowing between the raw and the refined. Browse through these glimpses of different projects to see how I translate client stories into actual spaces.
A candid shot from a recently wrapped 3,000 sq ft project. This home is a little retro, a little modern, and just the right amount of eclectic, feeling like a 1970s apartment that time-traveled into today.
Revisiting House No. 7, where a clean, white aesthetic is punctuated by soft pink chairs and intricate lighting. This project showcases a more romantic and classic side of our work.
From the archives, a project celebrating Indian materials. Here, we used beautiful Kota stone for the flooring, paired with a minimalist white bar and curved architectural details.
Another view of the retro-modern apartment, showing the glass brick partition that divides the space while allowing light to flow through.
The living space in this eclectic apartment, where a mirrored brick partition and a custom tiled dining table create a unique, layered look.
A detail shot from our archives, celebrating the texture and beauty of Indian materials like Kota stone and natural jute rugs.
A wider view of the space featuring Kota stone flooring. The design balances the rustic feel of the stone with clean, modern lines and bright, airy whites.
About Glimpses of Our Diverse Work
You will notice that my floors are rarely just one standard tile. I love working with natural materials like Kota stone because they age with the home, adding character that synthetic finishes simply cannot replicate. If you are worried about high-maintenance surfaces, know that I design for the lived-in look, not a museum display.
Every home I work on starts with a conversation about how you actually live. Some clients want a retro-modern apartment that feels like it time-traveled from the 1970s, while others prefer a minimalist aesthetic with clean, white lines. My approach is to take these varied preferences and apply a consistent philosophy: a home must be a warm place, not a rigid, sterile environment.
Why Material Choices Matter
I focus heavily on material authenticity. You will see this in my archives, where we often pair rugged Kota stone with modern, clean-lined furniture. This contrast creates a visual balance that is both grounding and sophisticated. Whether it is using glass brick partitions to let light flow through a room or choosing raw jute for rugs, every material is selected to enhance the feeling of the space.
The Transitional Approach
'Transitional' for me means refusing to be boxed into one style. My projects often mix old-school Indian craftsmanship with modern functionality. We work with local artisans to build custom furniture that fits your specific room dimensions, ensuring the layout prioritizes flow and natural energy. If you are looking for an interior design partner who understands that a home is a place for your daily mess, laughter, and relaxation, let’s talk about your project.
