A glimpse into our world where every project starts with a story. From immersive, experiential installations to our own creative studio, we design spaces that make you pause and feel.

This is our take on the Mad Hatter's Tea Party, an experiential installation we created for a design show. We designed this space to be a quiet rebellion against the ordinary, featuring a woven fabric ceiling, custom-designed sculptural furniture, and whimsical murals to draw you in. It’s a perfect example of how we build a narrative and mood into a commercial or event space.

I wanted to share the story and philosophy behind our Mad Hatter installation. In this video, I talk about our journey into experiential design and how we aim to create spaces that make you pause, think, and feel. It’s a glimpse into the "why" behind our work and our passion for creating interactive commercial interiors.

A look inside our own commercial studio in Mumbai, where we bring our ideas to life. This space features a large wooden collaboration table under dramatic black pendant lights, with a gallery wall of our inspirations. It’s designed to be a functional workspace that feels warm, human, and encourages creativity.

We love adding a touch of drama to our experiential designs. Here, a cloud of smoke adds a layer of mystery and magic to our Mad Hatter's Tea Party installation. This detail, combined with custom lighting and unique furniture, creates an unforgettable, immersive brand experience for visitors.

A quiet corner in our studio, showcasing how we layer textures and objects to create a soulful space. The combination of a modern terracotta-colored sofa, a classic wooden chair, and a sculptural marble art piece reflects our design approach. The entrance to the Trove experience center, a commercial space we designed from the ground up. We used warm terracotta tiles and carefully framed views to create a welcoming threshold, inviting visitors into a world of texture and pattern.
At the heart of the Trove showroom is this material library, which we designed to be both a functional display and a sculptural piece. The tiered shelving and integrated lighting put the focus where it belongs: on the beauty and versatility of the materials themselves.
A glimpse into a residential project where the goal was to be bold, eccentric, and fun. This open-plan kitchen and dining area uses a dramatic marble backsplash, fluted glass, and a custom-designed, free-flowing dining island to create a space that is as impactful as a piece of art.

Maze ConceptStudio in Jayanagar; Design services in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Goa, Mumbai & Shivamogga
This is the heart of our 'ARAH' project, a 2130 sq. ft. Mumbai home where we had complete creative freedom. We designed the living area around a custom 16-foot caramel bouclé sofa and a bespoke marble bench, creating a space that is perfect for hosting and relaxation. The scalloped ceiling and curved terrazzo partition add a layer of avant-garde aesthetics and quiet luxury.10
In this spacious master bedroom, we wanted to create a serene retreat. The statement blue ripple paneling behind the bed adds texture and drama, while the custom-designed upholstered bed, ottoman, and lounge chair ensure comfort. This space is a testament to our belief in creating uncluttered, elegant, and highly personalized rooms.
For our project 'A Den', we blended modern design with the client's South Indian heritage. This living room uses an earthy terracotta and neutral palette, with custom furniture and a large banana plant to bring nature indoors. It shows our ability to create a home that feels both contemporary and deeply personal.

This is the 'Palate Cleanser', an immersive passage we designed to reset the senses. The installation uses sharp, conical foam structures, mirrored surfaces, and dramatic lighting to create a sculptural illusion, snapping visitors into a state of heightened awareness between exhibition spaces.7
We believe walls are storytellers. This installation demonstrates how textiles can transform a space, using intricately designed rugs as vertical art to create an immersive corridor of pattern, texture, and color that envelops the viewer.

This living room from our 'Summer Haus' project, featured by Elle Decor, embodies our approach to creating vibrant, layered spaces that tell a story. We collaborated with Josmo Studio to craft a cinematic experience, blending bold color, custom furniture, and lush textures to reflect the homeowners' creative spirit.10
For the Pavilion House, we designed a serene retreat that merges with the landscape. This living area showcases our minimalist aesthetic, using a monochrome palette, curated black wood furniture, and expansive glass walls to create a tranquil space for contemplation and connection with nature.
A bedroom should be a sanctuary. In this high-ceilinged suite from the 'Summer Haus' project, a dramatic, oversized rattan chandelier becomes the centerpiece, creating a sense of warmth and grandeur. The design balances impressive scale with intimate details like the cozy bay window seating.
We conceptualized the JOSMO furniture store in Worli as an experiential gallery. This view captures the fluid design, where sculptural concrete platforms and flowing overhead installations guide visitors through a curated symphony of textures, objects, and contemporary furniture pieces.

We believe in creating spaces that are more than just seen, they are felt. Here, in our 'Mercury' installation, liquid chrome walls and cobalt blue floors create a futuristic cocoon, a world where light bends and reflections tell a new story with every glance. This is where architecture becomes an interactive experience.8
This was our ode to the silent power of fabric. For this award-winning exhibition booth, we sculpted a sanctuary from sheer white fins and soft light, creating a space that felt like walking through a poem. The structure itself became the art, inviting visitors into a serene, elegant world.
Standing inside a world we once only imagined. This photo captures us within the 'Arezzo x Nirmal’s' fabric sanctuary, a project that not only won the Best Booth Award but also captured the hearts of visitors. It’s a feeling of pure joy and gratitude.

This is where brand stories come to life. For this corporate reception, I designed a "Citrus Safari" theme, creating an immersive jungle experience with a custom-built bar, tropical foliage, and a striking water feature that reflected the entire scene. The goal was to build a complete environment that guests would not just see, but feel.7
For the Atria Mall, I designed a festive installation that was all about big impact. This towering Christmas tree became the centerpiece, featuring custom neon signage with holiday wishes, classic red and gold ornaments, and dramatic overhead lighting to draw in shoppers and create a magical atmosphere.
