About Recognizing Individual Excellence
It is not just about winning the match. In our PTPL tournaments, every player gets a real stat sheet. Whether it is a 5-wicket haul or a match-winning innings, we track it, analyze it, and make sure that effort is recognized with medals and trophies, giving kids a clear picture of their improvement.
We run the Pravin Tambe Premier League (PTPL) to give young cricketers a competitive experience that goes far beyond net practice. We want kids to face real match pressure, use leather balls, and play in front of professional scorers.
When we hand out a 'Best Bowler' or 'Emerging Player' trophy, it is not just a piece of plastic. It is validation. We use standard scoring, so players see their averages and strike rates improve over time. This transparency builds confidence. It teaches them that preparation directly dictates performance.
We have dedicated divisions for U-10, U-12, and U-14, ensuring competition is always age-appropriate. Matches are held on prepared red soil or matting wickets, providing the consistent surface needed for fair play. When you walk away with a Man of the Match award here, it is because you earned it on the field. We keep the atmosphere supportive, shouting 'Shabash!' for a good drive, but we never compromise on the discipline required to play at the next level.
