About PTPL U-12 Champions & Finalists
In the U-12 category, we do not just hand out trophies for turning up. Every player earns their spot through league matches, dealing with real-game pressure, and sharpening their technique on red soil and matting wickets against academy rivals.
The PTPL is not a friendly knockabout. It is a full league experience where we draft players into teams, provide official jerseys, and track stats like the pros. Whether they are playing on red soil in Mumbai or the lush outfields at our Lonavala facility, every player learns to handle match pressure. We use two field umpires and a dedicated scorer for every match to ensure the environment is serious and fair. It is here that 'Shabash anna' becomes more than just a phrase; it becomes a sign of respect earned after a hard-fought innings. By the time they finish their 3-4 league matches, they understand the difference between just playing cricket and competing to win. We celebrate the champions, but we also respect the finalists who fought until the very last ball.
