About Modern Training for Today's Game

We do not believe in generic fitness. Our sessions utilize a 5-6 hour split routine, combining strength training in our on-site gym with high-intensity agility drills on the turf. You will be facing green-top wickets at our Muhana campus to replicate actual match bounce, not just flat practice strips, because modern cricket requires adapting to real playing conditions before the tournament even starts.
