I’m here to call out the influencer nonsense and outdated 'gyaan' that makes people fail. Fitness doesn't need gimmicks; it needs science and discipline.

Everyone wants free advice, but nobody values it. I've learned to save my expertise for my paying clients and for those who genuinely want to learn, not for the people who just want free titillation from half-naked influencers.

Celebrities lying about steroid use is one lie I can forgive. The truth would cause more harm, with young kids blindly trying to copy them without understanding the risks. It's better they promote a lie than a dangerous half-truth.

The myth of "spot-specific fat loss" is bullshit used to sell you on useless exercises. Fat loss is universal. Don't fall for advice from influencers who just pull their pants up to their underboob for views.

Please do not follow celebrities for self-defense advice. The moves they show in this video will get you killed. Follow professional coaches for serious skills, and enjoy celebrities for entertainment.

I have zero respect for purchased black belts in Jiu-Jitsu. It turns the sport into a joke and disrespects everyone who earned their rank through skill, knowledge, and years on the mat. We need more real practitioners, not more money-bugs.

Instagram is an endless hole of bullshit. This "transformation" is clearly two different people. Be realistic with your expectations and don't believe every fake before-and-after you see.

Are you being served garbage in the name of "sport-specific training"? Fancy drills that look like your sport but have no real training stimulus are a waste of time. Minimize the bullshit, maximize the gains.

Here are three common mistakes I see in combat sports strength and conditioning. Too many athletes and coaches waste time on fluffy, low-stimulus drills instead of focusing on the big rocks that build real athletic attributes.

Part 3 of my breakdown on common S&C mistakes. Nothing good should ever leave the program. Sacrificing one physical quality for another leads to no man's land.

Part 1 of my breakdown on common S&C mistakes. Avoid wasting time on fluffy drills that provide little to no training stimulus.

About Real Talk: Busting Fitness Industry Myths

You are likely wasting time on 'sport-specific' drills that look cool on Instagram but provide zero training stimulus. Whether it is the 'daal protein' logic or chasing spot-reduction, most of what you have been told about fitness is just noise to get views. If you are done with the circus and ready to train with actual science, stop looking for hacks and start looking for a protocol.

Let's be clear. Most of what you see on social media is designed to sell you supplements or keep you scrolling, not to get you fit. The fitness industry is full of people lying to your face because the truth is boring and it does not sell.

The Problem with 'Gyaan'

There is no such thing as spot-specific fat loss. You cannot walk into a gym like a tailor and ask me to trim fat from your sides or underarms. Fat loss is universal. If you are training, focus on systemic change, not 'magic' exercises that influencers promote while pulling their pants up for views.

Why You Are Failing

If your current routine includes fancy drills that look like your sport but leave you just 'tired and sweaty' without actual progress, you are training for the placebo effect, not performance.

  • The 'Daal' Myth: Relying on basic staples for your total protein intake is a fast track to being weak and unoptimized. Bio-availability matters.
  • Fake Transformations: That Instagram 'before and after'? Look closer. It is often two different people or camera tricks. Stop setting your expectations based on digital illusions.
  • The 'Dojofication' Trap: I have zero respect for purchased belts in Jiu-Jitsu. If you are paying for rank, you are conning yourself and disrespecting everyone who actually spent years on the mats.

My coaching isn't about coddling you or making you feel good. It is about objective analysis. We use data, we track progress, and we cut through the bullshit. Whether you are dealing with PCOD, injury rehab, or want to build real functional power, we use a food-first approach and evidence-based protocols. If you are serious about results and want to train like an athlete, not a hobbyist, send me a message.
