Sibling Stories: Candid Photography for Your Little Ones
The sibling bond is chaotic, sweet, and constantly changing. I don't look for perfect smiles; I look for the secret jokes, the protective hugs, and the real-life magic between your kids.
"I saved the last bite for you." A big brother looks lovingly at his newborn sister in her bassinet. Sibling photoshoots are a beautiful way to welcome a new baby into the family.
"I'll always take your side. Even when you're wrong." This collage captures the fun and messy moments of sisterhood, from sweet hugs to sharing cake.
"You were my first friend, my forever rival, and my always protector." An older sister gently holds her newborn sibling, a tender moment captured during a studio session.
A warm hug between a brother and sister during an outdoor photoshoot. This photo perfectly captures the sweet and protective nature of their sibling bond.
Big brother energy: proud and protective. This pose, with an older sibling looking over their new baby sister, is a simple and heartwarming way to capture their new relationship.
A gentle kiss for his new baby sister. This sibling pose is full of sweetness and is a perfect inspiration for your newborn family session.
Real sibling life: sweet one second, silly the next! I always make room for fun and authentic moments like this during our photoshoots.
Double the giggles, double the grins! Capturing the sweet and joyful bond between these two adorable sisters in their beautiful pastel dresses.
Brothers in arms, quite literally! Capturing the playful wrestling and fun that defines the relationship between these two brothers.
"Let's go, bro!" One brother pulls the other in a rustic wagon during a studio shoot. I love using props to encourage interaction and capture their personalities.
About Sibling Stories
Let’s be honest: getting two kids to pose perfectly together is usually a recipe for stress. I don’t ask them to sit still or say cheese. Instead, I create scenarios—using props like a wagon or a toy horse—that let them play, wrestle, or share a quiet moment naturally. You will be surprised at how much better the photos turn out when the kids are just allowed to be themselves.
Moving Beyond Poses
Many parents come to me worried that their children won't cooperate. If you are stressed, they feel it too. My approach is entirely different. I focus on facilitating 'real' interactions. Whether it is an older brother protecting his new baby sister or two toddlers giggling over a shared snack, these are the moments that truly matter.
Where We Shoot
I offer flexibility in how we document these stories:
- My Gurugram Studio (Sector 58): A versatile space designed for kids. It is safe, cozy, and perfect for themed setups without the environmental distractions of the outdoors.
- In-Home Sessions: Sometimes the best photos happen in the living room where kids feel safest. I bring professional mobile lighting to your home in Delhi NCR to capture that authentic lifestyle vibe.
- Outdoor Adventures: For the high-energy siblings who need to run, we can head to a local park during golden hour.
Practical Tips for Your Session
- Timing: Book when your kids are usually most active and fed. A hungry child is a tough collaborator.
- Outfits: Keep it simple. Let them wear something they love, or coordinate colors without forcing 'matchy-matchy' outfits that make them feel stiff.
- No Pressure: My session packages—like the Signature Portrait Experience—include enough time (up to 2.5 hours) that we never have to rush. If we need a snack break or a moment to calm down, we take it.
Ultimately, my goal is to give you photos that feel like a memory, not a production. If you are looking for a sibling photoshoot in Delhi NCR that prioritizes connection over perfection, let’s talk.

I’m Priya. I believe the best sibling photos happen when we ditch the stiff poses and just let the chaos unfold. My studio in Gurugram is built for kids to run, play, and be themselves, so I can catch those blink-and-you-miss-them moments of connection.
