Winning the KSP Award for Best Family Photographer was a surreal moment, but the real validation comes from the families who let me into their lives. For the last ten years, my goal has never been a trophy. It has always been about capturing the unposed, messy, and beautiful reality of your day-to-day life. This recognition is simply a nod to the fact that prioritizing your comfort over stiff, formal posing resonates with the parents I work with.
Receiving this award from Kidsstoppress feels like a massive group hug from the Delhi NCR community. It is a beautiful coincidence that this recognition arrived as I hit my own tenth year behind the lens.
Why This Recognition Matters
It is easy to get caught up in the numbers, but this award is a reminder that the candid, lifestyle approach I have championed since day one is what families actually want. You do not need to sit perfectly still or wear matching uncomfortable outfits to have a meaningful photograph. You just need to be yourselves.

I have always operated on the belief that the best photos are the ones where you forget the camera is even there.
- No Forced Smiles: You will never hear me say 'say cheese.' Real laughter happens naturally when you are playing, cuddling, or just being a family.
- Comfort First: Whether we are in my Gurugram studio or your own living room, my focus is keeping things relaxed. A stress-free session is the secret ingredient to great images.
