I make this Aamras in small batches using 100% pure Alphonso mangoes, so I can keep the texture silky-smooth without any preservatives or funny business. Since it comes in vacuum-sealed 1kg pouches, you get the flexibility to use only what you need for a meal, just thaw, serve with hot pooris, and you are set.
Why Fresh Matters
When it comes to Aamras, I believe there are no shortcuts. I source our mangoes from the Konkan and Ratnagiri belts, famous for the best Alphonso quality. Because we machine-pulp in small batches, you get a consistent, high-viscosity texture with zero fiber strands or chunks.
Storage and Freshness
This is a fresh product. Each pack is vacuum-sealed to lock in that just-picked taste. Because we do not add artificial preservatives, the Aamras must be kept refrigerated at all times. Once opened, it is best consumed within 24 to 48 hours. If you are ordering for a large gathering, the 5kg bulk pack is a smart choice because you can open one 1kg pouch at a time, keeping the rest perfectly fresh in your fridge.
How to Serve
While it is delicious chilled straight from the pouch, the real magic happens when you pair it with hot, fluffy pooris. It is the classic combination that makes summer lunches complete. Keep in mind that this is a seasonal offering, so once the mango season ends, we stop production until the next harvest. It is the only way to ensure the quality stays true to the name.
