About Outdoor & Nature Shoots
For these outdoor sessions, I typically pack my Sony A7Riii and the 85mm lens to capture that creamy, cinematic blur. Whether we are in a quiet, misty field or exploring a dusty, industrial corner of Delhi, the goal isn't just a pretty pose. It is about how the natural light hits and whether the environment helps bring out a raw, honest expression from you that you can actually feel.
Nature isn't always about pristine gardens. Sometimes, the most powerful outdoor portraits come from the contrast between a soft subject and a harsh, raw backdrop. I specialize in finding those hidden gems across Delhi and NCR where the light does all the heavy lifting.
My Approach to Nature Shoots
- Finding the Vibe: I love turning overlooked, gritty locations into high-end backdrops. We will scout spots that match your personality, not just the nearest park.
- Light & Shadow: I primarily rely on natural light manipulation, using the sun’s position to create depth and mood. I don't use heavy artificial setups unless the concept demands it.
- The Gear: I shoot on a Sony A7Riii paired with an 85mm f/1.4 lens. This combo is perfect for isolating you from the background and keeping the focus strictly on your expressions.
How We Make It Happen
- Planning: We start with a mood board. You share your vision, and I help refine it so we know exactly what we are shooting before we get there.
- The Session: Expect a 1.5 to 4-hour session, depending on your needs. I provide direction throughout the shoot to keep things comfortable.
- Editing: You get a mix of high-end retouched hero shots and color-corrected files. My editing style is moody and cinematic, focusing on skin tones and color grading that adds, rather than distracts, from the story.
