Authentic, raw, and defined by the elements. I use natural light and textured landscapes to craft fashion editorials that feel real and timeless.

Capturing the effortless beauty of a model on the beach. The wind in her hair and the soft, natural light create a feeling of freedom and serenity.

An artistic shot of a model embraced by the sea. The dark, wet sand and the texture of the rocks create a moody and beautiful natural backdrop.

A full-length portrait on the beach, capturing a sense of peace and solitude. The vastness of the sea and sky creates a beautiful, cinematic frame.

A serene, low-light portrait taken at dusk on the beach. The deep blue tones and the model's peaceful expression create a calm and dreamy mood.

An intimate portrait against dark, textured rocks. The soft, fading light of sunset creates a beautiful, painterly quality.

An expressive pose captured during the "blue hour" on the beach. This type of lighting is perfect for creating moody and atmospheric fashion shots.

A confident and relaxed portrait on the rocks at dusk. The cool tones and the model's direct gaze create a powerful and captivating image.

About this collection

When we shoot outdoors, the location dictates the mood. We work with the specific texture of the environment, like the grit of wet beach sand or the dryness of tall grass, to create something cinematic. This requires a bit of flexibility with timing, as we almost always plan our shoots around the soft, directional light of sunrise or sunset to get that raw, high-fashion look.

My approach to outdoor photography is built on simplicity and movement. I do not rely on heavy artificial lighting setups that can flatten an image. Instead, I use portable reflectors and diffusers to shape the natural light, allowing the landscape—whether it is an urban street in Mumbai, a heritage structure in Delhi, or the rugged coastlines—to become an active character in your portfolio.

The Collaborative Process

A successful outdoor shoot is more than just a camera and a model. For these projects, I coordinate with a dedicated team including a professional stylist and hair and makeup artist. We create a mood board before we step on location, ensuring that wardrobe choices like denim, streetwear, or high-fashion drapes interact correctly with the environment. This means the styling for a beach shoot will look completely different from an editorial shot in an open field, focusing on textures that hold up under natural light.

Practical Logistics

Most of my outdoor sessions are half-day productions, typically lasting 4 to 5 hours. Because we chase the golden hour, we usually start very early or finish in the late afternoon. This is when the sun provides the most flattering, soft light that defines skin texture and creates depth. You do not need to worry about the technical details; I handle the retouching personally, ensuring that the final images maintain the same artistic, muted tone as the raw captures.

FAQ

  • Do I need to arrange my own wardrobe? For our outdoor editorial shoots, a professional stylist sources the clothes based on our mood board. You do not need to bring your own clothes, though we often incorporate a few basics from your personal collection if they fit the story.
  • What if the weather changes? We track the weather closely. If the conditions don't support the look we planned, we reschedule. Working with natural light means patience is part of the process.

I’m Libra. I believe the best images happen when we stop trying to control every pixel and start working with the environment. I bring the team—stylist, makeup artist, and production support—so you can focus entirely on the shoot.
