Corporate Team Building and Shooting Events
Move beyond the boardroom. Bring your team to the range for a session that builds focus, discipline, and healthy competition in a certified ISSF-standard environment.

A corporate team gathers on the range for a group briefing. These sessions are crucial for setting goals, explaining the day's activities, and building a sense of shared purpose before the team building exercises begin.
We facilitate group discussions right on the shooting range to connect the principles of focus and discipline in shooting to professional goals. This unique setting helps teams break out of their usual environment and engage in a new way.

About Corporate Team Building & Events
Our 'Focus & Fire' workshops begin with a mandatory 15-minute safety briefing on muzzle discipline and correct stance. We then move straight to live practice with club-standard .177 caliber air rifles, where your team competes in a scored round to determine the best marksman of the day.
Why Shooting for Corporate Teams?
Corporate environments demand high levels of concentration and composure under pressure. Shooting is an unconventional way to build these skills. It requires you to steady your breathing, quiet your mind, and commit to the trigger pull—all core principles we teach our competitive athletes.
The 'Focus & Fire' Experience
We host these sessions at our air-conditioned facility in Challaghatta. Unlike a standard team outing, this is a structured engagement that lasts 2 to 3 hours. Your team will not just shoot targets; they will learn the mechanics of focus from coaches who understand what it takes to compete at the highest level.
What to Expect
