About Classic Studio Family Portraits
In my Jhotwara studio, I prioritize a relaxed, clean environment that lets your family's connection take center stage. I guide you on outfit coordination before the shoot to ensure everyone looks polished and cohesive, helping you feel at ease so that the laughter and cuddles you see in these photos feel completely natural.
Photography in a studio setting offers a unique advantage: total control over light and comfort. My studio in Jhotwara is designed to be a calm space, especially important for younger children or families with grandparents who might tire easily in outdoor heat.
I offer two distinct paths for family sessions:
- Nuclear Family Portraits: Perfect for parents and kids, this 3-hour session allows us to capture full family portraits, individual shots for the children, and those intimate parent-child moments. It includes time for up to three outfit changes.
- Extended Family & Grandparents: This 4-hour relaxed session is designed for larger groups of up to seven members. We pace the shoot to ensure everyone—especially the elders and little ones—is comfortable. We capture various combinations, from multi-generational portraits to siblings together.
My approach is to mix classic posing with candid interaction. We don't just stand and smile; we talk, play, and interact. This is why I encourage you to bring props that hold meaning to your family, or we can use my studio collection of classic rugs and wooden elements to keep the focus on your rishta (bond).
Before every session, we chat about your wardrobe to avoid clashing patterns and ensure the colors complement each other. Whether you want a formal look or something casual and fun, we plan it together so you walk into the studio feeling ready and confident.
