Shruthi Venugopal, Founder & CEO Shruthi is the driving force behind our vision. Her commitment to professional, compassionate pet care is why we are constantly learning—recently as part of the Stanford Seed Transformation Program 2025. She ensures that every service, from our pet cab transport to our spa sessions, meets a standard she would demand for her own pets.
Aditya, Operations Lead If you have booked a service, you have likely interacted with Aditya’s handiwork. He is the master of our logistics and automation. His catchphrase 'check karna padega' has become the unofficial company motto. Whenever there is a tricky pick-up, an urgent transport need, or a last-minute adjustment, Aditya is the one finding the solution to make it work.
Charlie, The OG Every pack needs a leader, and Charlie is ours. As our brand ambassador and the original inspiration for Poochkoo, he keeps us grounded. He is a constant, fluffy reminder of why we do what we do.
