- Coverage: Base fare covers trip distance up to 10 km within city limits.
- Climate Control: Standard front-cabin AC.
Safety & Setup
- Interior: Floor covered with non-slip rubber mats for easy cleaning.
- Restraint: Safety hooks available to secure leashes during the drive.
- Driver: Verified driver comfortable with pet behavior (barking/shedding).
Capacity
- Pets: Space for 1 Large Dog or 2 Small Pets.
- Humans: 1 seat available for a pet parent to accompany the pet.

- Route: Home to Destination -> Wait -> Return to Home.
- Distance: Covers cumulative travel distance of up to 25 km.
- Total Duration: Slot includes up to 4 hours of total engagement (travel + waiting).
Waiting Service
- Wait Time: Includes 90 minutes of idle time at the destination (Vet/Salon).
- Assurance: Guaranteed return leg ensures you are not stranded post-appointment.
Convenience
- Mess Management: Basic cleanup included for minor sickness or accidents (vomit/urine).
- Parking: Driver manages vehicle parking while you proceed to the appointment.

- Loading: Driver assists in lifting the pet or maneuvering stretchers/wheelchairs.
- Driving Style: Slow-speed driving protocol to minimize jerks for pets in pain or post-surgery.

Why We Do What We Do
Honestly, your pet isn’t “just a dog” to you, and they aren’t to us either. I started this pet-friendly taxi service because I know the look in your eyes when you say, “Don’t call him a dog, he’s my baby!” Travel can freak out even the chillest pets, so I made it my goal to give them a ride that feels safe, chill, and sometimes even fun. For me, it’s not just a job - it’s a way to show extra care beyond your home.
How We Keep It Simple
- Comfort First: My vans are only for pets, not mixed with random deliveries or people. Got a shy cat or a giant, goofy lab? Both get a cozy spot.
- Doorstep Pick-up: No need to convince your regular cab uncle. I come right to your building, so your pet never has to be dragged across town just to get into a car.
- Genuine Care: I don’t just drive, I actually love animals. So yeah, I’ll probably talk to your pet on the way.

- Vet visits, grooming, or just a playdate - we cover the basics.
- Special needs animal transport is close to my heart. Injured, old, or anxious pets get gentle handling.

My Story
Hey, we’re Poochkoo, but you might remember us as Floap. Names changed, heart’s the same. For us, pets are family - not just customers. We’re always learning, always growing (yep, our founder Shruthi’s in Stanford Seed). It’s all about making pets and their humans happy, no matter the city. We care, we play, we celebrate every wag and purr. That’s just us, one paw at a time.
