This was our very first meet-and-greet at Fluffy Paws Pet Resort. It was a day of exploration, swimming, and making new connections in the pet-loving community.
About this collection
We do not just open the gate and hope for the best. Our team personally reviews the energy of every dog before a meetup to ensure the Shih Tzu squad or Golden gang is a good fit. We keep these groups strictly capped at 15 to 30 dogs, which means your pet stays relaxed, fully supervised, and actually has the space to run without getting overwhelmed.
Socialization is the secret to a happy, confident pet. When we host a breed-specific meetup, it is not just about the cute photos, though there are plenty of those. It is about understanding the play style of specific breeds. A playful Golden Retriever might be too much for a smaller, shy Shih Tzu, which is why we break our events down into thoughtful, manageable groups.
How Our Socials Work
- Safe Supervision: Every event is run by our trained handlers. If we notice a pup getting anxious or a play session getting too rough, we step in immediately to redirect the energy.
- Managed Environments: We use fenced, off-leash areas at our partner venues like Fluffy Paws Pet Resort or our own Poochkoo Pet Wada. This ensures your dog can explore safely without the risk of running off.
- For the Humans: While the pups are busy making friends, the parents get to hang out, share tips, and build a real community. It is a great way to meet other pet owners in your neighborhood.
We know that sometimes plans change or you are not sure if your dog is ready for a group setting. Just reach out and we will tell you if a specific meetup is the right vibe for your pet. We often say, 'check karna padega' before committing to a new type of group, because your pet's comfort is our actual priority.
