Finding the right place for your pet when you have to travel is stressful. We get it. That is why we built our team at Poochkoo, not just by hiring staff, but by bringing together pet lovers who understand that a dog or cat needs more than just food and shelter.

Every member of our team, from our founder Shruthi, who is constantly finding new ways to improve our care through programs like Stanford Seed, to our long-standing team members like Aditya, is here for one reason: we love pets. We do not believe in 'one size fits all' care. Our handlers are trained in canine first aid, our grooming staff knows how to handle anxious pets, and our boarding team knows that sometimes a shy dog just needs an extra cuddle in their private den rather than social hour in the park.

We operate with a transparent culture. If you have a specific request for your pet, we do not hide behind corporate protocols. We say 'check karna padega' and we actually check. From our facilities in Koramangala and RT Nagar to our spots in Pune and Hyderabad, we keep the same standards: constant hydration, daily health checks, and a whole lot of playtime. Our goal is to make sure that when you come back to pick them up, your fur baby is happy, tired from all the fun, and ready to go home.
