I do not do quick fixes or guesswork. A trial stay is how I make sure I can actually provide the care your dog needs before we commit to anything longer.

Safety is everything. This graphic explains why a trial stay is crucial for me to assess a new dog's behavior and health. It ensures I can provide the right supervision to keep every dog safe and happy during their time here.

For you, the pet parent, a trial stay is about building confidence in me and my facility. Seeing firsthand how your dog is cared for allows you to feel secure when leaving them for a longer period. Trust is a two-way street.

A trial stay helps me spot and address any potential issues early on. This could be anything from separation anxiety to specific dietary needs. Getting ahead of these things ensures a smoother, more enjoyable experience for your dog.

Not every dog thrives in every environment. This graphic explains how a trial stay is used to assess compatibility. It’s a chance for both your dog and my team to see if we are a good fit for each other before making a commitment.

About Our Process: The First Step is Trust

Think of a trial stay as a reality check, not just for you, but for your dog. It is how I determine if my cage-free, open-hosting setup is actually a match for your pup’s temperament and anxiety levels. I would rather decline a booking than force a dog into an environment where they cannot thrive, so this initial step is strictly about ensuring safety and compatibility before we move forward.

Most boarding facilities treat dogs like inventory, but my home is not a kennel. When you bring your dog to me, the trial stay is the most important part of my process. It is where I get to see the real personality beneath the anxiety or the defensive barking.

Does your dog have separation issues? Do they resource guard? Are they overwhelmed by other dogs? I need to observe these things in a controlled, low-pressure environment before I can responsibly integrate them into my pack.

This is not about checking boxes. It is about understanding your dog’s triggers—whether it is a fear of cars, specific noises, or just the stress of being away from you. By the end of the trial, I will have a clear picture of what your dog needs to feel secure. If they are not ready for a social pack environment yet, we focus on behavioral modification first. If they are ready, we start the work. My goal is simple: to make sure that when you drop your dog off, they aren't just 'boarded'—they are cared for in a way that respects their past and builds their future. I serve clients across Bengaluru from my base in White Rose Layout, Whitefield, and this process is what keeps every dog in my care safe and happy.
