Natural Lawn Installation & Soil Prep
Site Preparation & Soil Work
- De-weeding & Grubbing: Manual removal of existing wild grass and debris up to a depth of 4-6 inches to prevent regrowth.
- Soil Enrichment: Mixing of well-decomposed Farm Yard Manure (FYM) and river sand to create a healthy base.
- Leveling: Professional grading of the soil to ensure flat aesthetics and prevent water logging.
Grass Installation
- Turf Quality: Supply of Selection No. 1 Mexican Carpet Grass or Bermuda Grass delivered fresh from the farm.
- Laying Technique: Gap-free laying of grass slabs to ensure an immediate lush appearance without patchy spots.
- Finishing: Application of a heavy roller to settle the roots firmly into the soil.
Post-Installation
- Handover: Immediate heavy watering and a detailed 15-day maintenance schedule.
Vertical Green Wall & Irrigation
Structural Framework
- Fabrication: Installation of a mild steel (MS) grid bolted securely to the wall to support the vertical load.
- Modular System: High-quality UV-stabilized black plastic modules (3 or 4 pot panel system) allowing for easy plant replacement.
Plant Scaping
- Density: High-density planting (approx. 10-12 plants per sq. ft.) to ensure the black plastic frame is hidden quickly.
- Selection: Mix of air-purifying and hardy ornamental plants (Syngonium, Ferns, Rhoeo) arranged in visual patterns.
Irrigation System
- Drip Lines: Integrated inline drip irrigation network running through every row of pots.
- Drainage: Setup of bottom channels to collect excess water (site dependent).

Planter Hardware
- Material: Premium Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) planters in Matte Black, Stone Grey, or Glossy White.
- Durability: Frost-proof, fade-resistant, and lightweight construction suitable for balcony load limits.
Softscaping
- Media: Special soil-less potting mix (Cocopeat, Perlite, Vermicompost) to ensure drainage and low weight.
- Plant Styling: Combination of tall feature plants (Areca Palm, Bamboo) for privacy and lower foliage for aesthetics.
Execution
- Design: Strategic layout to maximize space.
- Top Dressing: Surface finishing with white pebbles or LECA balls for a clean look.
Stone Walkways & Pebble Borders
Materials
- Stepping Stones: Natural Sandstone, Mint stone, or Granite slabs (30-40mm thickness) placed at walking intervals.
- Pebbles: Polished white or black river pebbles used to fill gaps and borders.
Installation Layers
- Base Preparation: PCC base or sand compacting to ensure stones remain stable and do not sink.
- Weed Control: Installation of geotextile fabric beneath the pebbles to block weed growth from the soil.
- Edging: Concealed separators to keep pebbles contained within the design area.
