We primarily use Thermo-Pine for these structures because it is thermally modified to remove moisture, which makes the wood exceptionally resistant to termites and rot. This ensures your pergola stays strong and retains its natural wood grain finish even after years of exposure to our local weather.

We choose Thermo-Pine over local woods because the thermal modification process changes the wood's cellular structure, preventing it from warping or bending in Delhi's extreme heat. We reinforce these builds using concealed SS-304 grade stainless steel brackets and weather-resistant adhesives. This prevents the unsightly rust stains often seen on cheaper garden structures.
