From tears to giggles, the settling period is a journey. We provide a comforting and secure environment to help our little ones adjust, with plenty of fun distractions like a ride in our toy car.
Colouring is a wonderful way to unwind. For Master Jason, settling in meant finding bliss in colouring, allowing his creativity to flow and a happy smile to grow.
Yoga time is calm time. We start our day with simple yoga poses and meditation to help children find their balance, strength, and serenity.
Circle time is where we come together as a brilliant group. It's a time for songs, stories, and sharing, helping to build a strong sense of community in the classroom.
A very warm welcome to our new PIPians. We greet each child with a traditional tilak and a song, making their first day of school a special and memorable one.
On the first day of school, the sky is the limit. Our classrooms are ready for a new session of learning, friendship, and adventure.
There are no goodbyes, just 'see you next year'. As one session ends, we look forward to new beginnings and more adventures with our wonderful children.
About A Day at Peas in Pod
We don't believe in rigid, silent classrooms or boring worksheets. Our day is structured around 'Circle Time' and sensory play, where kids learn shapes, colors, and empathy through games. If you are worried about the transition, we run a 2-4 week settling-in program where we work closely with you to ensure your little one feels secure, allowing them to bring comfort items from home if it helps them adjust to the new environment.
What Happens Inside Our Daycare
At our Sector 116 and 117 centers in Noida, a typical day is a balance of routine and spontaneity. We know that children learn best when they are comfortable, so our schedule is designed to feel like an extension of home.
The Morning Rhythm We start with warm greetings and a traditional welcome. Once the settling-in phase is complete, children move into 'Circle Time'. This is our core group activity involving songs, storytelling, and group sharing. It is where we build community and get those little voices confident for public speaking later in life.
Play-Based Learning We ditch the worksheets. Instead, we use sensory play, pottery, and fireless cooking workshops. Whether it is learning 'swachhata ka mahatva' (the importance of cleanliness) or just getting messy with foam and mud, the goal is to develop motor skills and confidence. You can track all these activities through our Parent Bay app, which gives you real-time updates while you are at work.
Nutrition & Rest Food is a big deal here. We provide three fresh, vegetarian meals daily—breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks—served hot. After lunch, kids rest in our climate-controlled AC nap rooms on individual mattresses. We prioritize hygiene, so our female staff is always present to assist with diapering, potty training, or changing uniforms into home clothes for after-school kids.
Safety First Beyond the fun, safety is our bedrock. Our campus is under constant CCTV surveillance, and we conduct regular mock safety drills. We want you to feel as relaxed as your child when you drop them off.
