In my classes, we skip the theory and get straight to the cooking. Whether you are upskilling your domestic help or looking to master a new cuisine yourself, my workshops are entirely practical. We spend our time in the kitchen working on techniques—from chopping and prepping to seasoning and plating—so that by the end of the session, you know exactly how to recreate these dishes without any guesswork.
My kitchen in New Friends Colony is set up for real learning, not just watching a demo. I know that for many households, the challenge isn't just the recipe, but the consistent execution of flavor. That is why I provide printed recipe booklets in both English and Hindi, making it easy for your kitchen staff to follow along and practice at home.

- Staff Training Workshops: I offer 2-day and 4-day intensive courses tailored for domestic help. We cover everything from starter preparation to complex main courses across Asian, Continental, and modern Indian cuisines. Every session is hands-on, ensuring your team learns how to handle premium ingredients like mutton, salmon, and imported cheeses.
- Online Recipe Demos: If you prefer learning at your own pace, I offer step-by-step video tutorials. These are raw, clear, and focused on technique. Whether you want to nail a tricky Goan Fish Curry or a classic kebab, I will send you the video link along with a detailed ingredient list and method card. You also get text-based support if you run into any questions while cooking.
Everything I teach—from French Onion Soup to Veg galauti kebab—is meant to be replicated in a standard home kitchen. We focus on techniques you will actually use, like sauce emulsions, slow-cooking, and proper seasoning, rather than complicated, inaccessible methods.
