In the afternoons, they rest in individual tiled kennels, which are climate-controlled with fans and coolers to beat the Gurugram heat.

Freedom is great, but safety is non-negotiable. I personally oversee every interaction. We use pet-safe disinfectants for daily cleaning and ensure fresh water is always available.
