About Catering & Seating Rentals
I offer two distinct looks for your food counters: the classic stainless steel for a clean, professional event, or the copper-finish chafing dishes if you want a royal touch. All seating linens are freshly laundered and ironed, and I make sure the table setup is complete with covers and sashes that match your theme, whether it is a 100-person gathering or something much larger.
Setting up an event is about more than just placing tables. I focus on the flow of the venue so that guests have space to move and the food service is easy to manage. Whether you are hosting an outdoor lawn party or an indoor banquet, I bring the right equipment to make it functional.
My Rental Inventory
- Guest Seating: Round banquet tables that seat 8-10 guests comfortably, paired with chairs that have clean white lycra covers and satin sashes in your choice of color.
- Buffet Infrastructure: Illuminated buffet counters, standard stainless steel chafing dishes, and the premium copper-finish dishes for weddings or formal receptions.
- Tableware: I provide the basics like bone china or high-grade melamine plates, bowls, and heavy-gauge steel cutlery so you do not have to source them separately.
- Flexible Setups: I have handled setups for everything from Gurudwara events and corporate conferences to casual birthday parties in backyards. I bring my own staff for setup and breakdown, so you are not left dealing with heavy lifting or logistics.
