About this collection
For our studio sessions, I maintain a collection of signature maternity gowns so you do not have to stress about wardrobe logistics. If you choose an outdoor shoot, I scout locations near Mulund and Thane that offer soft, natural light, which is essential for that glowing, emotive aesthetic I love.
My approach to maternity photography balances two distinct worlds. On one side, we have the raw, outdoor sessions. These are for the mother who wants to connect with nature, perhaps in a quiet park or a forest trail on the outskirts of Mumbai. We rely entirely on the golden hour to light these frames. It is candid, slightly messy, and deeply emotional.
Then, there is my fine-art studio work. Here, we use heritage drapes, silk sarees, and dramatic lighting to create timeless portraits. We focus on the cultural significance of motherhood in India, blending traditional elegance with modern artistic edits.
Whether you are at home, outdoors, or in the studio, the goal remains the same: capturing the heartbeat of this specific time. If you are worried about what to wear, do not be.
