- Play Area: Usage of 2000 sq. ft. rooftop with cement flooring, artificial turf patches, and bamboo fencing.
- Rest Area: Indoor tiled room with sofas available for downtime.
- Cooling: Ceiling fans and air-cooling provided; AC usage depends on weather severity.

- Monitoring: Live CCTV feed provided to owners via mobile app link.
- Staffing: Supervised group play with approximately 1:8 caretaker ratio.
