Behind the Scenes: Our Farm-to-Bowl Process
Transparency is at the heart of what we do. See how we source local farm-fresh ingredients and manage every step from ethical butchering to cold-chain delivery in Delhi NCR.
POV: You're with us on a farm visit. I make it a point to personally inspect the farms to ensure the animals are raised in a healthy, stress-free environment.
A look at the cage-free environment at one of the local farms I source from. Healthy turkeys, geese, and even peacocks roaming freely are a sign of a well-maintained and ethical setup.
Prepping turkey for your furry kids. After sourcing healthy birds, we handle the entire process from ethical butchering and deboning to hygienic packing, ensuring a safe and high-quality product.
Here’s part one of my mutton prep. I handle the deboning myself to control quality, perform frequent temperature checks, and then package the fresh meat for your dogs and cats.
This is how I process duck meat. After receiving the whole bird, it's carefully deboned and portioned before being vacuum-sealed into our labeled packs.
Watch me pack an order of Quail Boneless. This lean, novel protein is carefully deboned and packed to make it accessible and affordable for pet parents across the city.
A typical day of packing orders. From butchering fresh buffalo meat to freezing the packaged products and loading them onto our refrigerated delivery truck, I oversee every step.
About this collection
We do not outsource our process because quality control starts with handling. Every batch of meat we procure is washed in a turmeric and apple cider vinegar solution to neutralize surface bacteria, then blast-frozen at -24°C for 24 hours. This eliminates parasites without the need for synthetic preservatives, keeping the meal fresh and safe from our freezer to your bowl.
Our commitment to fresh, human-grade pet food begins at the source. We partner with farms within a 100km radius of Delhi, ensuring that meat arrives as fresh as possible. By controlling the supply chain, we eliminate the risks associated with third-party processing plants.
Once the meat hits our Okhla facility, the real work begins. We handle all butchering, deboning, and portioning in-house. This hands-on approach allows us to inspect every cut, removing excess fat and checking for quality before the meat is vacuum-sealed in 70-micron bags.
Hygiene is our baseline, not an afterthought. We are FSSAI licensed, and our facility undergoes regular sanitation to meet food-grade standards. For raw diets, the blast-freezing process is essential to maintain structural integrity and prevent degradation. When it comes to cooked meals, we prep them fresh on the morning of delivery.
To maintain this quality until it reaches your door, we operate our own fleet of cold vans. This ensures your pet’s meal stays at the optimal temperature, preventing thawing during transit. Whether you are looking for raw essentials, hypoallergenic options, or nutritious meal toppers, our process is designed to deliver complete, preservative-free nutrition.
Paw Eats
I believe that if I would not eat it, I should not feed it to my own pets. That is why I handle the butchering, deboning, and packing myself, right here in our own facility in Okhla.
