We don't just supply food; we manage the entire cold chain ourselves. Every raw meal is blast frozen at -24°C, and our cooked orders are prepared on the morning of delivery. We use our own refrigerated vans to ensure your pet’s meal arrives exactly as it left our kitchen—fresh, intact, and ready to serve without the risk of thawing during transit.
Our process starts long before the kitchen. We personally visit farms within a 100km radius of Delhi NCR to select healthy, well-cared-for animals. By handling the entire butchering and deboning process in-house, we eliminate the risks of cross-contamination often found in outsourced supply chains.
Everything we prepare—from our antibiotic-free chicken breast and buffalo boneless cuts to our gently cooked meal bowls—is 100% human-grade. You won’t find any fillers, soy, or artificial preservatives here. Even our natural chews, like chicken feet, go through a rigorous cleaning process, including a turmeric and apple cider vinegar wash, before being packed.
