Grand Wedding Mandaps
We design wedding mandaps ranging from traditional outdoor gazebos to modern floral stages. See how we create structures that suit your specific venue and ceremony style.
This wide-angle view shows a complete outdoor wedding setup at a resort. We arranged the guest seating along a stone pathway leading to the beautifully lit mandap, with white drapes overhead to create an elegant, open-air wedding venue.
We designed this outdoor wedding stage with a backdrop made entirely of white flowers. The setup is accented with red and white floral hangings, large decorative vases, and lush greenery lining the stage for a fresh, natural look.
Here is a front-facing view of our grand peacock-themed mandap. The structure is covered in greenery and flowers, with hanging floral strings and chandeliers creating a magical effect, all centered around the ornate couple's seating.
This mandap was designed for a Bengali wedding ceremony. We used purple and white drapes, a dense floral arrangement on top, and traditional elements on the stage to create an intimate and culturally specific setting inside a tent.
For this traditional indoor ceremony, we created a mandap around the temple deities. The structure features classic temple pillars and a canopy heavily decorated with garlands of fresh flowers, blending reverence with celebration.
This is the same green and white mandap viewed in the evening. The strategic uplighting highlights the hanging tuberose garlands and the architectural details of the gazebo, creating a romantic and serene atmosphere for a night ceremony.
This image shows the scale of our outdoor wedding setups. You can see the main floral mandap, guest seating arrangement on the lawn, and temporary tents for logistics, demonstrating how we manage the entire venue decoration.
A closer look at a traditional South Indian mandap design. The stage floor features a hand-painted kolam design, and the canopy is decorated with tuberose and marigold garlands, reflecting authentic wedding traditions.
This photo captures the full ambiance of an evening wedding we decorated. The guest seating with red accents leads to a brightly lit mandap, while chandeliers hanging from the large tree add a magical glow to the entire resort venue.
We use vibrant colors to make your wedding path memorable. Here, a bright red carpet aisle is lined with floral arrangements on the chairs, leading guests' eyes directly to the stunning peacock-themed mandap.
About Grand Wedding Mandaps
Choosing the right mandap structure starts with the venue layout. Whether you need a 4-pillar traditional gazebo for a lawn wedding or a compact, floral-dense stage for an indoor banquet hall, we adapt our designs to fit the physical constraints of your space.
When planning your mandap, consider the lighting and structural requirements first. For outdoor settings, we often work with existing resort gazebos, enhancing them with heavy jasmine strings, tuberose, and banana leaves for a traditional look. If you prefer a modern aesthetic, our teams use metallic arrays or acrylic panels paired with high-density floral runners.
We pay close attention to the base of the mandap. A red floor base with intricate kolam designs is standard for South Indian weddings, but we can customize this with printed vinyl flooring for a sleek, uniform finish in indoor venues.
Logistics and Planning
- Space Management: We assess the venue's entry points to ensure large structures like peacock-themed backdrops or four-pillar mandaps can be installed without damage.
- Flower Freshness: We use a hybrid mix of fresh seasonal flowers and high-quality fillers to maintain volume and fragrance throughout the ceremony.
- Lighting Integration: Every mandap includes basic LED wash lights, but we recommend adding moving heads or fairy light wraps for evening ceremonies to define the space.
- Weather-Proofing: For outdoor setups, we coordinate with the venue management to secure tents or canopy reinforcements to protect the decor from unexpected weather changes.
Whether you want a minimalist setup or a grand, heavily embellished structure, our focus remains on creating a stable, photogenic, and culturally authentic focal point for your wedding.
