Executive Conference & Protocol Stage Setup
Stage & Structural Elements
- Backdrop Structure: Box truss framing (up to 30ft wide) masked with black or white fabric. Supports client provided LED screens or flex branding.
- Flooring: Fresh red or grey carpet installation for the stage platform plus a 50ft VIP aisle runner.
- Lighting: Basic stage wash lighting using 8 to 10 PAR cans mounted on trussing for clear visibility.
Furniture & Seating
- VIP Dais Seating: Rental of 8 to 10 high back, wooden frame VIP chairs (Teak finish with leatherette upholstery).
- Podiums: 1 to 2 Wooden podiums with provision for foam board logo affixing.
- Audience Seating: Includes aesthetic covers and bows for the first 20 VIP audience chairs.
Floral & Decor Details
- Dais Runner: A continuous, dense floral runner (approx. 25 to 30ft) along the front stage edge.
- Flower Types: Strictly Indian market varieties including Marigolds, Red Roses, White Gerberas, and Gladiolus.
- Add ons: Two cascading arrangements for podiums and two standard floral stands at the main hall entry.

- Shimmer Wall: 8ft x 8ft Sequin panel backdrop (Gold, Silver, or Black) for main photo opportunity.

- Prop Furniture: One premium Victorian style two seater sofa or set of lounge chairs for posing.
Ambient Decor & Florals
- Boho Florals: 4 to 6 gold metal plinths featuring dried palm leaves, painted foliage, artificial pampas grass, and minimal fresh roses.
- Lighting: Vintage Edison bulb strings or bistro lights draped around the backdrop area plus 4 uplighters.
- Entrance Arch: Themed entrance gate such as black fabric with fairy lights or a Marquee Bulb frame.
