Intimate Home Event Setup (Haldi/Mehendi)
Core Setup & Backdrop
- Dimensions: Standard 8ft (Height) x 8ft (Width) structure suitable for living rooms or small terraces.
- Themes: Choice of Sunflower Yellows (Marigold), Boho Rustic (Pampas grass), or Vibrant Pink/Orange.
- Material: Satin/georgette fabric drapes with dense strings of Marigold or artificial wisteria (70% artificial, 30% fresh).
Couple Seating & Staging
- Furniture: Rental of a 2-seater Wicker Peacock Chair, decorated Sankheda Swing, or low-seating mattress setup.
- Floor: One printed rug or jute carpet (6x4 ft) under the seating.
- Props: 2 Brass Urlis (12-inch) with fresh rose petals and floating candles.
Entrance & Extras
- Signage: Easel stand with 24x18 inch foam-board welcome sign.
- Walkway: Floral petals scattered on the entryway floor (approx. 10 ft).
- Lighting: 2 LED Par cans to illuminate the backdrop for photos.
Sangeet & Cocktail Production (100-150 Pax)
Theme & Ceiling
- Canopy: Extensive draping of fairy light strings (Pixel series warm white) covering approx. 1,000 sq. ft.
- Themes: Sufiyana Night (Velvets/Lamps), Starry Night, or Glitz & Glam (Disco balls/Sequins).
Dining Tablescapes
- Capacity: Styling for up to 50 running feet of community tables or 10 round tables.
- Decor: Lush green foliage runners, tall glass cylinder vases with floating candles, and gold-finish candelabras.
- Linens: Premium overlays or table runners matching the theme.
Stage & Bar
- Backdrop: 20ft (W) x 10ft (H) structure. Options: Shimmer Sequin Wall or Fabric & Moroccan Lamp installation.
- Neon: One customized LED Neon Sign (approx. 3ft width) with 3 words.
- Bar: Thematic masking of 12ft bar counter front with overhead hanging structure.
Lighting & Logistics
- Tech: 10-12 LED Wash lights (Warm White/Amber) for venue ambiance.
- Transport: Logistics to Navi Mumbai/Karjat venues included (tolls extra).
Premium Wedding Mandap & Fabrication
The Mandap Structure
- Dimensions: Custom fabricated 12ft x 12ft structure.
- Designs: Sheesh Mahal Dome (Pastel structures), Open-Air Rustic (Driftwood), or Traditional Pillar.
- Florals: High-density arrangement on crown and pillars (60% Premium Artificial, 40% Fresh Tuberoses/Mogra/Roses).
- Furniture: 2 Grand Couple Chairs, 4 Parents' chairs, Havan Kund, and Patlas.
Aisle & Entrance
- Runway: 40ft long raised wooden platform (4 inches height) with carpet or mirrored acrylic.
- Decor: 8-10 heavy floral markers or brass lamp stands lining the aisle.
- Gate: 10ft x 12ft Grand Entrance Arch matching the mandap theme.
Guest Details & Finish
- Chair Styling: Sashes or floral posies for the first 50 aisle-facing chairs.
- Signage: Vintage frame or mirrored welcome signage.
- Finishing: On-site carpentry/painting for custom colors; all mechanics hidden by foliage.

Sangeet & Cocktail Nights
Think Sufiyana sangeet theme with rich reds and golds, Moroccan lamps, and cozy cabanas. Or go all-in with disco balls, neon signs, fairy lights, and infinity LED dance floors. The vibe shifts for every event, and I’m here for it.
Haldi & Mehendi
If you want sunshine yellow, strings of genda (marigold) flowers, or a boho-chic mehendi setup with pampas grass and peacock chairs, I’ll make it happen. I’m not afraid to go bold with colours or add interactive art for something personal.
Dinners & Receptions
