I work across a range of styles because every memory has a different energy. If you have a classic portrait in mind, I use high-quality graphite and charcoal on 200 GSM cartridge paper to capture every detail, from the expressions in the eyes to the texture of clothing. These are finished with a professional fixative to prevent smudging and keep the art crisp for years to come.
For something more modern, my high-contrast shadow art uses solid black permanent ink on heavy 300 GSM paper. This creates a graphic, pop-art style that looks fantastic on a wall. It is perfect for photos with strong lighting, as it turns shapes into bold silhouettes.
