For Intuit's Bangalore team, we designed a collaborative art experience around their core values. Forty employees, five teams, and five canvases came together to create one massive, interconnected mural that tells their company's story.

This was one of the most meaningful projects I've ever done. For Kinara Capital's new office, 300 employees stamped their handprints on a wall to reveal the message "I belong here." It's a permanent reminder of their unity.

One of my favorite things is seeing a team realize their individual canvases actually form a single image. Whether it's a puzzle challenge where no one knows the final picture until the end, or a giant mural where you all paint separate sections that snap together, the 'aha' moment when the pieces connect is everything. You don't need to be an artist. You just need to show up, let your guard down, and have a little creative fun with the people you sit next to every day.

How We Do It
- The Puzzle Canvas Challenge: We break a large image into smaller sections. Your team members paint their pieces individually, without knowing how they fit together. The magic happens during the assembly, where the disparate styles and patterns reveal a unified masterpiece. It’s the perfect metaphor for how different perspectives build one great company.
- The Collaborative Mural: This is for big groups. We divide the team into squads, each with their own color palette or theme. We guide the blending, the 'visual bridges' like patterns or geometric lines, so that when the separate canvases sit side-by-side, they create one massive, flowing mural.
- The 'Big Wall' Impact: Like our work with Kinara Capital, we can even help you turn a plain office wall into a permanent installation, using techniques like handprinting or stenciling to make sure every single employee leaves a mark.
