Outdoor shoots are inherently unpredictable, and that is exactly where the magic happens. I do not rely on forced poses; instead, I use plenty of patience and high-value treats to turn a regular park walk or beach run into a series of candid portraits that capture your doggo’s true, goofy personality.
Let Nature Be the Backdrop
There is something special about the way natural light hits a wet nose or how a dog’s fur catches the wind at the beach. When we step out of the studio, your pet is no longer just a subject, they are an explorer. Whether it is a golden retriever catching a leaf in the park or a curious indie dog enjoying the city textures, outdoor sessions allow for movement that a controlled studio environment just cannot replicate.
How We Make It Happen
I treat every outdoor location as a new adventure. If your dog is a ball-obsessed athlete or just wants to sniff every blade of grass, I adapt to their rhythm.
- Location Flexibility: I am based in Bangalore but travel frequently to Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad. If you have a favorite local park, a backyard with a great view, or a beach getaway in mind, let me know. I love exploring new spots.
- Managing the 'Camera-Shy' Pet: Many pets, like the indie dog Zeus I once photographed in Mumbai, turn away when they see a lens. That is okay! I have plenty of tricks—and treats—to get them comfortable enough to give me a few happy clicks.
- The Logistics: For outdoor shoots, I recommend picking a time of day when your pet is usually most active and the light is soft. We keep the session relaxed so they do not feel pressured. It is not about perfect obedience; it is about capturing that messy, real love you have for each other.
