I don't believe in rush jobs. If your pet is anxious about the blow dryer or scared of the tub, I don't force it. I often use calming tools like a 'happy hoodie' to dull the noise, or simply sit on the floor with them until they feel ready. My goal is to make sure your pet leaves with a wagging tail.

If your furbaby is struggling with the high-velocity dryer, I take my time, often using a 'happy hoodie' to muffle the sound and keeping the air temperature comfortable, never hot. We do not use cage drying, ever.
I also handle specific medical grooming needs. Dealing with ticks, fleas, or skin sensitivities? I provide medicated baths with the necessary dwell time to ensure they are effective, followed by a thorough physical inspection for rashes or hot spots. Even for cats, who are often stressed by grooming, I use slow, gentle techniques to trim nails and clean ears without the drama.
