The Art of Combat: Practical Self-Defense

This is where we learn the language of leverage and technique. Our Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai classes are for everyone, teaching practical skills for real-world situations in a safe, collaborative environment.

The Grind: Functional Strength & Conditioning

This is the foundation. We use proven methods like circuit training, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises to build real, usable strength, improve stability, and increase endurance. No shortcuts, just hard work.

Powerful Aging: Stay Active, Stay Strong

Age is not a limit. My Powerful Aging program uses functional strength training to help seniors fight muscle loss, improve balance, and maintain independence. We focus on moving better and building a supportive community.
