We believe the stage is where a dancer truly comes alive. Our students get numerous opportunities to perform at prestigious venues, including our grand annual day 'Nrithya Milana', showcasing everything from beginner pieces to advanced productions.
Student Achievements & Certifications
We guide students who wish to pursue dance seriously through university-certified examinations like Pre-Vidwath, Vidwath, and Gandharva Mahavidyalaya. I am so proud of my makla who consistently secure distinctions and scholarships, including from the Government of India.
Our 'NK Family': Beyond the Dance Floor
Nrithyakuteera is more than a class; it's a family where we celebrate birthdays, go on treks, and create fun reels together. This is a space of laughter, support, and friendship where seniors become 'akkas' to the juniors.
Training & Practice Sessions
We focus on building a strong foundation in the Kalakshetra style, starting with perfecting the adavus (basic steps). Our classes blend practical training with theory, including the study of hastas (hand gestures) and kanakku (rhythmic math).
Performances at Festivals & Temples
We feel blessed to offer our dance as a service at various temples and cultural festivals. Performing at events like the Bengaluru Karaga, Navaratri celebrations, and at sacred sites like Tirumala and the Brihadeeswarar Temple is a core part of our journey.
