Turnkey Balcony Décor Package
Flooring & Base
- Artificial Turf: Installation of high-density artificial grass mats (approx. 25mm to 35mm pile height) cut to size.
- Drainage: Geofabric layers included if required to ensure existing drain points remain unblocked.
Planters & Containers
- Premium Planters: Supply of 3 to 5 units of rectangular or square planters. Material is FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) or concrete-finish composite in neutral tones.
- Potting Mix: Lightweight soil mix (Red soil + Cocopeat + Vermicompost) to minimize load on the balcony structure.
Softscaping (Planting)
- Privacy Screening: Tall, dense tropical plants to block views, such as Heliconia, Bird of Paradise, or Areca Palms.
- Ornamental Fillers: Smaller potted plants like Calathea or Snake Plants for texture.
Décor & Accessories
- Vertical Elements: Metal grid or trellis for climbers or hanging pot hooks.
- Lighting Prep: Concealment of wires for fairy lights or strip lights (lights charged extra).
Vertical Garden Bio-Wall System
Structural Framework
- Fabrication: Custom MS (Mild Steel) grid framework anchored to the existing wall to support plant and soil weight.
- Modules: UV-stabilized plastic bio-wall pots/cups designed for vertical stacking.
Planting & Palette
- High-Density Planting: Approx. 10 to 12 plants per square foot for immediate coverage.
- Plant Selection: Hardy, air-purifying foliage suited for vertical growth (Money Plant, Syngonium, Philodendron Ceylon Gold) arranged in patterns.
Irrigation System
- Automated Drip: Lateral drip pipes running through each row of pots with connectors.
- Drainage Management: Bottom trough channel to collect excess water runoff and prevent floor staining.
Terrace & Rooftop Leisure Zone
Hardscaping & Structures
- Gazebo/Pergola: MS (Mild Steel) fabrication with Polycarbonate sheets or WPC rafters for shaded seating.
- Flooring: Mix of hard paving (Sadarahalli stone steppers, Kadapa stone, or outdoor tiles) and soft surfacing (artificial grass or pebbles).
- Feature Walls: Cladding using WPC Charcoal Louvers or exterior texture paint.
Water Features
- Zen Water Body: Construction of a decorative pond or cascade with waterproofing, pump installation, and river pebble lining.
Planter Boxes & Vegetation
- Built-in Planters: Masonry brickwork planter boxes with waterproofing and plastering.
- Soil Preparation: Red soil, manure, and cocopeat mix with Geofabric layers for drainage.
- Specimen Plants: Focal plants like Frangipani or Traveller's Palm combined with under-planted tropicals.
Ground Garden & Lawn Development
Ground Preparation
- Site Grading: Clearing debris, weeding, and leveling the ground.
- Soil Enrichment: Application of Red Earth (2 to 4 inch layer) and organic manure.
- Drainage Layer: Basic grading to ensure water flows away from structures.
Lawn Installation Options
- Option A (Premium): Mexican Lawn / Carpet Grass sod sheets for an instant green effect.
- Option B (Budget): Dibbling Method (manual planting of grass roots) which takes 3 to 5 months for full coverage.
Softscape & Borders
- Pathway Steppers: Natural stone steppers (Sadarahalli or Granite) embedded in the lawn.
- Planting: Shrub borders (Duranta, Crotons), flowering creepers along compound walls, and semi-mature landscape trees.

I’m all about transforming plain spots into places you actually want to hang out in. After plenty of trial and error (and yes, a few flops), I’ve figured out how to bring a bit of magic to every kind of space, whether it’s a tiny balcony or a big ol’ villa.
What I Work On
- Homes: Villas, farmhouses, even entire layouts - I design everything from lush lawns to cozy corners. Private entrances, courtyards, and those in-between bits? Sorted.
- City Setups: If you’ve got a bare terrace or balcony, I’ll turn it into a chill green patch, maybe even with a small bar if you want. Indoor courtyards and those dead spaces that just collect dust? I’m on it.
- Businesses: Cafes, pubs, offices - your space gets a vibe upgrade with planter boxes, vertical greenery installation, or statement green walls.
How I Bring It All Together
- From lawn installation (quick grass mats or the slower, budget-friendly dibbling) to hardscaping like pathways, gazebos, and custom planters, I handle the lot.
- Love the idea of a water feature? I can set up natural water feature setups like ponds or modern waterfalls.
