Standard Apartment Balcony Setup
Base & Flooring
- Supply and laying of high density artificial grass (35mm to 40mm pile height).
- Drainage check using mats if required to ensure unobstructed water flow.
Wall Decor
- Installation of a 20 to 25 sq. ft. artificial vertical garden accent patch (not a full wall).
- Uses UV treated Tropical Mix or Boxwood panels.
- Secure drilling and framing on the wall surface.
Planters & Stands
- Set of 5 to 6 powder coated metal railing planters with inner pots (HDPE/Plastic).
- One multi tier metal pot stand (step style or corner stand).
- Curated mix of low maintenance natural plants (Snake Plant, Jade) or artificial bushes.
Execution
- Includes material transport and on site installation labor.
Artificial Green Wall Installation
Foliage Density
- Standard Option: Uniform green texture using Boxwood or Clover leaf designs.
- Premium Option: Bio diverse look featuring protruding ferns, monstera leaves, and colored flower inserts for a 3D effect.
- Material is UV treated (fade resistant) and washable.
Structural Installation
- Installation of supporting backing (Ply, Mesh, or Green Net) to protect the original wall.
- Commercial grade clipping system to ensure no gaps between panels.
Finishing
- Clean edge trimming around switch boards, TV units, or architectural features.
- Manual fluffing of leaves to hide grid lines and create natural volume.
Indoor Corner Dry Scaping
Hardscape Base
- Artificial grass mat cut to fit specific corner contours.
- Layering of polished white river pebbles or marble chips to create a border effect.
Planters & Greenery
- Set of 3 to 5 graded planters in varying heights.
- Material: High grade FRP (Fiberglass) or glossy Ceramic in solid colors.
- Supply of tall artificial trees (4ft to 6ft) such as Areca Palms or Fiddle Leaf Figs.
- Filler bush inserts for lower pots.
Lighting
- Integration of basic strip lighting or battery operated focus lights for bottom up illumination.
