About Magical Evenings & Sangeet Nights
When planning a Sangeet or evening reception, the biggest hurdle is usually balancing the performance stage with the guest seating area. We use a 16x16ft dance floor layout that keeps the energy central, while our fairy light canopy extends over the guest tables to tie the whole outdoor venue together.
For a successful Sangeet or reception, lighting and flow are everything. We focus on transforming outdoor spaces into intimate party zones. Our setup includes a 24ft to 30ft wide stage to ensure your cousins have plenty of room for their performances, paired with glossy white or printed vinyl dance floors that stand up to high-energy foot traffic.
Creating the Atmosphere
We don't just put up drapes. We build an environment.
- Lighting: We install extensive fairy light canopies over dining areas (covering up to 2000 sq ft) to create a 'starry night' feel, essential for outdoor weddings in Bengaluru.
- Grand Entrances: We offer double-arch floral gates with red carpet walkways. For that extra pop, we integrate cold pyro sparklers and dry ice fog machines to ensure your grand entrance is a core memory.
- Power: We include a 62.5 kVA silent generator to manage the load, so your music, lights, and pyros never flicker.
The Details That Matter
We balance fresh tuberoses and roses (30% of our florals) with high-quality artificial fillers (70%) to keep your decor looking lush and vibrant throughout a long night, regardless of humidity or heat. Whether you are aiming for a classic red and white aesthetic or a modern, fairy-lit garden theme, we build the structure to fit your venue, not the other way around.
