We schedule these sessions specifically around the golden hour, which is the time just before sunset when the light is soft and warm. It eliminates the need for harsh studio lighting and keeps children relaxed, as they have the freedom to run, play, and explore. This approach allows us to capture genuine interactions and natural expressions instead of stiff, posed portraits.
Whether it is a quiet corner in Lalbagh, the open greenery of Cubbon Park, or a farm setting, our outdoor sessions are about blending your family’s energy with the surroundings. Because we have been doing this for over 13 years, we know that kids rarely sit still for long. We embrace that. If your toddler wants to pick flowers or run across the grass, we follow along. We believe the best family photographs are the ones where you are interacting, not looking at a lens.
We typically recommend locations where your family feels at ease. If you have a specific park you visit often or a nature spot you love, we are happy to shoot there. We provide minimalist props like picnic baskets, blankets, and wooden swings to anchor the scene without making it look cluttered or artificial.
