When you see a setup from Perfect Decor, it is not magic. It is 12 hours of setup, some loud instructions from me, and a team that does not leave until the last marigold is in place. If you look at our work, you will often find me in a polo shirt with a ladder or a walkie-talkie, not sitting in an office. That is because I believe in being on the floor, ensuring your venue looks exactly like the vision you paid for.
I have been doing this for 35 years, and the biggest difference between a stress-free wedding and a messy one is having a decorator who is actually at the venue. You will not find me missing in action. Whether it is setting up the Mandap at The Acres Club or managing the floral backdrops at a banquet in Navi Mumbai, I am there.
My team and I work on a 'Value for Money' principle. That means we do not use middlemen. We source, we build, we execute. You will often find me coordinating loudly with my team to ensure the lighting is perfect or the stage is centered because if it is not right, my name is on the line.
