This is one of my favorite ways to use macrame. A simple hanging wall shelf adds so much life to a bare wall. It’s perfect for holding a small plant, a few books, or your favorite decorative items, bringing a touch of handmade warmth to your space.

My daughter put together this lovely video showing a large, custom order we prepared for one of my former students. It was a joy to create such a wide variety of items, from woolen mufflers and macrame keychains to crochet earrings and bandanas.

A customer wanted a sustainable, reusable decoration for Diwali, and I was so happy to create this "Shubh Deepawali" bunting for her. Seeing it hanging in her home mandir, ready for the festival, brings me so much joy.
We call these our happy pots. On the left is a cheerful crochet sunflower, and on the right is a little heart pot holding a custom note. These small creations are perfect for your desk or as a thoughtful gift to brighten someone's day.

I use high-quality, 3mm to 4mm twisted natural cotton cords for my macrame work. For my crochet, I select soft, premium yarns that hold their shape and texture. My process is slow and steady. I do not rush because each stitch and knot needs to be tight and secure to last for years.
