About Our Signature Daisy Blankets
Because this design involves crocheting 49 or more individual squares and then hand-joining them, these blankets are a true labor of love. It is important to know that due to this intensive patchwork construction, we require about 4 to 5 weeks to create your blanket. If you have a specific date in mind, like a baby shower or a birthday, please reach out to us early so we can plan the work properly.
The 'Forever Flower' design is my personal favorite. Each blanket is not just a standard piece of fabric, it is a mosaic of texture. I use branded acrylic yarn, like Ganga Acrowools, because it is durable, color-fast, and gentle on a newborn's sensitive skin. The 3D daisy motifs are created using a popcorn stitch, which adds a lovely tactile feel for babies to explore with their little fingers.
The Customization Process
Every square is a canvas. When you order, we work together on the color palette. You can choose pastels for a subtle look, or bright, high-contrast colors to stimulate your baby. If you want a specific theme to match your nursery decor, just let me know and we will match the yarn colors to your vision.
