We typically run 2-hour intensive sessions on weekends. We also host Twin-Workshop Intensives for those who want to commit to 4+ hours of training, covering two distinct styles. Every session includes professional cinematic video coverage, so you get to keep a memory of your progress. We keep our groups manageable to ensure everyone gets enough attention and space to move.
