Restorative & Yin Yoga: Heal and Recharge
Our restorative and Yin classes are designed for deep relaxation and recovery from chronic pain or stress. We use props like bolsters and blankets to support your body in gentle, long-held poses, calming the nervous system and improving mobility.
Guided Forward Bends: Release Your Spine & Hamstrings
Our classes focus on safely deepening forward folds to alleviate back pain and release tight hamstrings. We provide hands-on adjustments and use props like blocks, straps, and chairs to ensure proper alignment and prevent strain.
Supported Backbends: Open Your Heart with Confidence
Learn to approach backbends without fear. We use props like straps, chairs, wheels, and bolsters to support your spine, helping you build strength and flexibility to safely open your chest and shoulders.
Rope Wall Yoga: Build Strength & Decompress
Our studio is equipped with a yoga wall with ropes, a tool from the Iyengar yoga method. This setup helps decompress the spine, build upper body and core strength, and achieve deeper stretches and inversions with full support.
Mindfulness in Practice: Meditation & Pranayama
We integrate breathing exercises (Pranayama) and meditation techniques like Tratak (candle gazing) into our practice. These methods are essential for calming the mind, reducing stress, and improving focus and sleep quality.
Yogic Cleansing (Shatkriya): Detoxify & Reset
We offer workshops on Shatkriya, the six traditional yogic cleansing techniques like Jal Neti (nasal cleansing). These practices help detoxify the body, clear the nasal passages, and prepare the system for deeper yoga and pranayama.
