About Walks & Fun at the Hostel
Every walk concludes with a strict 6-point tick check—under the collar, tail, groin, legs, and toes—followed by a dry paw clean-up before your pet steps back into our AC facility. We treat this as a non-negotiable part of our routine to maintain the hygiene of our cage-free space and keep your dog safe, whether they are here for a few hours or a longer stay.
For us, walking is bonding. We do not believe in quick rounds; when your dog stays with us in Vikaspuri, they get a structured schedule. Boarders enjoy three brisk walks daily, while daycare pups get two. We keep our walking ratio low, typically 1:2, so our staff can provide every dog with proper attention and manage the leash safely.
Why Our Walking Routine is Different
- Safety First: After every outdoor session, we conduct a mandatory tick inspection. This covers under the collar, tail, groin, legs, and toes.
- Post-Walk Hygiene: We perform dry paw cleaning and sanitization immediately upon return to ensure our cage-free, air-conditioned hostel remains clean and comfortable for everyone.
- Tailored Activity: Walks are mixed with socialization and indoor play. If your dog is a social butterfly, they will enjoy supervised interaction with other guests. If they prefer a quieter time, we balance their activity with calm cool-down periods in our air-conditioned hostel area.
- Communication: You will receive a daily photo or video update via WhatsApp, so you know exactly how much fun your pet is having.
