About Featured
When you join, you get more than just weekly sessions. We use our Jai Singh Road facility which is equipped with in-house upright pianos and drum kits, meaning you do not always need to carry your own gear for practice. We deliberately keep our group classes limited to 5-8 students, ensuring you actually get personal feedback on your technique rather than just watching from the back of the room.
Structured Learning the YMCA Way
We believe in the power of 'learning by doing.' Our approach to music education is structured but chill, keeping the 'seekhne ka mazaa' (fun of learning) at the core of everything we do. By following the globally recognized Trinity College London syllabus, we provide a clear progression path from Initial to Grade 8 levels.
What to Expect
Whether you are a beginner or looking to advance your skills, our courses are designed for practical growth:
- Piano & Keyboard: We focus on finger exercises, scales, and sight-reading using our on-site upright pianos.
- Guitar: We cover acoustic and bass training, including chords, strumming patterns, and tablature.
- Western Vocals: Our training emphasizes pitch control, breathing, and stage confidence, essential for any performer.
- Drums & Violin: We provide foundation-building exercises for percussion and technical instruction on bowing and posture.
Beyond the Classroom
Learning music is a social journey. Beyond regular lessons, we host mini-concerts and recitals. These events are not just about showing off skills; they are about building the stage confidence you need to perform in front of a real audience. It is where you meet fellow students who share your passion.
Flexible Options for Everyone
We cater to everyone, from school-aged students to working professionals. With both group batches for peer learning and 1-on-1 coaching for rapid progression, you can choose a pace that fits your schedule. Our instructors are experienced in managing different skill levels, so you will find the right balance of challenge and support regardless of where you are starting from.
