Namaskara! Naanu Naresh, Bengaluru huduga (boy). I got into fitness from college, powerlifting and weightlifting was my jam. But more than just lifting, I wanted to know the science behind it all. That’s why I became an Exercise Physiologist. I don’t follow silly trends or imaginary theories – only real, evidence-based advice. I love busting myths and keeping it honest.
